“WHOLE 30 Challenge” - following the workshop we will have a 30 day challenge that starts on Monday, February 20th.
Who is this for? Any athlete looking to create a healthy connection with food, eliminate excess fat and inflammation, and learn what it really means to eat clean. The “Whole 30 Challenge” will help you break bad habits, curb longtime food addictions and help you finally understand what foods you need to detox from in order to change your relationship with food on a physical and physiological level.
This is your first step to taking your body and health to the next level.
The “Whole 30 Challenge” will help you determine the following:
• What food groups to eliminate for 30 days
• How to kick bad habits and addictions
• Learn how to eat clean
• Meal prep and planning
• Change your relationship with food and push the “reset” button.
