“Managing Your Macros” - following the workshop we will have a 30 day challenge that starts on Monday, February 20th.
Who is this for? Any athlete that is looking to take their nutrition to the next level. You should have already completed 1 or more Paleo and/or Whole 30 Challenges and through that challenge have learned; what foods affect your body, create inflammation and what foods you have an allergic reaction to.
Counting your Macros is the next step in your nutritional journey and athletic performance.
The Macro Approach will help you determine the following:
• Total Calories needed daily based on your goals of leaning, maintaining or bulking
• How much Protein, Carbs and Fats needed per meal
• What to do Post WOD with recovery nutrition
• Best Macro choices to fuel performance in the gym
• What to do on rest and recovery days
• Meal prep and planning
Finding the right balance of Macros based on your goals is the key to success in maximizing your athletic performance and rearranging body composition.
