Maybe you have seen something about CrossFit on social media, heard about it from a friend at a dinner party, read about it somewhere or have a co-worker who swears by it. Chances are you have heard about it, but never actually experienced it. If you have been questioning your fitness goals, have been stuck in a rut or just want to expand on your training knowledge, Defined has a program and an answer for you. Get uncomfortable, learn something new and develop new skills.
Every 4 - 6 weeks we host a Lift & Learn session to expose people to what we do and more importantly, our environment. It's a chance to dip your toes in the water and see for yourself what our facility and our culture is all about. This fun and challenging 1-hour training session is for anyone with little to no experience with CrossFit, the barbell or strength training. It's also for someone with years of expereince. Bring a friend, family member or coworker; everyone is welcome!
After class, there will be a few coaches available to talk about the program and to answer some of your questions.
